For learners
Turn questions into real contributions while building confidence, judgment, communication and global readiness.
U.S.-based Formazione Scuola-Lavoro · FSL (formerly PCTO)
Verso creates and administers structured FSL experiences for Italian upper-secondary schools. Students apply English and academic knowledge to one authentic U.S. host challenge—within a supervised, documented educational pathway.
VERSO Q2V™
THE VERSO DIFFERENCE
Verso connects the school's learning objectives to an authentic U.S. context. Q2V gives students a disciplined way to investigate, collaborate, communicate in English and produce evidence the school can evaluate.
Turn questions into real contributions while building confidence, judgment, communication and global readiness.
Connect curriculum and orientation goals to documented activity, defined tutor roles and authentic evidence for school evaluation.
Invite fresh insight around one bounded challenge within a guided educational framework that respects your time.
VERSO'S SIGNATURE PROCESS
VERSO Q2V™ is a seven-stage innovation process. Learners investigate before proposing, see the whole system before changing one part, and test ideas before presenting a direction.

FSL / PCTO PROGRAM PATHWAYS
The flagship pathway is an 80-hour, three-week format that can be adapted with the participating school. Cohorts are organized into small Q2V teams so the experience can scale without losing individual accountability or one integrated outcome.
FLAGSHIP FSL / PCTO EXPERIENCE
A small student cohort investigates an authentic organizational challenge, retains individual accountability and delivers one integrated strategy.
APPLIED PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH
English moves from subject matter to working language as students research, interview, collaborate, write and present within a real challenge.
EDUCATOR PATHWAY
A coordinated pathway for educators to observe U.S. teaching practices, exchange resources and develop a practical application plan for their return.
Program activation is subject to school approval and agreed requirements for supervision, safety, insurance, privacy, travel and safeguarding.
FOR ITALIAN SCHOOLS
Verso acts as the school's single operational point of coordination—from feasibility and U.S. host alignment through delivery and the final evidence package. We organize the moving parts so the Referente FSL/PCTO, Internal Tutor and Class Council can focus on educational fit, student support and evaluation. The school retains full formal authority.
The 80-hour model is Verso's flagship format, not a fixed limit. Duration, cohort structure and documented hours can be adapted with the school. The pathway may form part of the student's overall FSL requirement; the school remains responsible for approval, safety, insurance, recognized hours, assessment and certification.
One bilingual operational lead supports the pathway from the first feasibility review through program closeout.
Approve the pathway and determine coherence, recognized hours, competencies, evaluation and certification.
Connects the pathway to the students' program, monitors progress and coordinates school evaluation.
Serves as the operational hub: creates and administers the program, coordinates hosts and communication, facilitates Q2V, and manages tools, milestones and evidence.
Provide one appropriate challenge, approved access, attendance confirmation and factual feedback.
FOR U.S. HOST ORGANIZATIONS
In Italian education, FSL (formerly PCTO) connects school learning with supervised experience in a real organizational context. For a U.S. host, this means a bounded educational project—not employment, staff replacement or an open-ended internship.
Explore becoming a host→One safe, non-confidential challenge; one External Tutor/primary guide; approved access; planned conversations; attendance confirmation; and factual feedback on student participation.
