VERSO'S SIGNATURE PROCESS

Verso Q2V — From Better Questions to Meaningful Value

From a better question to value people can use.

VERSO Q2V™ is a seven-stage innovation process. Learners investigate before proposing, see the whole system before changing one part, and test ideas before presenting a direction.

Inquiry, systems thinking, creative exploration, collaboration, experimentation and reflective learning become visible.

02 · VALUE

The work produces useful educational, cultural, social, operational or strategic value—not an exercise that ends in the classroom.

FSL / PCTO PROGRAM PATHWAYS

More than a study trip: a designed learning experience.

The flagship pathway is an 80-hour, three-week format that can be adapted with the participating school. Cohorts are organized into small Q2V teams so the experience can scale without losing individual accountability or one integrated outcome.

EDUCATOR PATHWAY

Professional Immersion for Educators

A coordinated pathway for educators to observe U.S. teaching practices, exchange resources and develop a practical application plan for their return.

  • Classroom observation
  • Professional exchange
  • Transfer-to-practice plan

Program activation is subject to school approval and agreed requirements for supervision, safety, insurance, privacy, travel and safeguarding.

FOR ITALIAN SCHOOLS

One trusted partner. A simpler path to international FSL.

Verso acts as the school's single operational point of coordination—from feasibility and U.S. host alignment through delivery and the final evidence package. We organize the moving parts so the Referente FSL/PCTO, Internal Tutor and Class Council can focus on educational fit, student support and evaluation. The school retains full formal authority.

Flagship format: 80 hours over 3 weeks · adaptable with the school
  • Objectives aligned with the course of study, curriculum and PTOF
  • Individual training plan, calendar, roles and checkpoints
  • Attendance register and documented hours based on the approved format
  • Individual portfolio and reports plus one team deliverable
  • Evidence of applied English, problem solving, collaboration and orientation
  • External Tutor observations and final evaluation materials
Request a school feasibility review

The 80-hour model is Verso's flagship format, not a fixed limit. Duration, cohort structure and documented hours can be adapted with the school. The pathway may form part of the student's overall FSL requirement; the school remains responsible for approval, safety, insurance, recognized hours, assessment and certification.

FOR U.S. HOST ORGANIZATIONS

Bring one real challenge. Help emerging talent see it differently.

In Italian education, FSL (formerly PCTO) connects school learning with supervised experience in a real organizational context. For a U.S. host, this means a bounded educational project—not employment, staff replacement or an open-ended internship.
